SUPPORTING PAST
Africa boasts an unparalleled legacy of stories embedded in its rock - stories that teach us about the diversity of life, while at the same time reminding us that we all have a common African origin. When we understand the depth of our human story, one that is millions of years old, we are reminded that we should never be divided by our skin colour, language or religious beliefs.
PAST was established to ensure that these stories are preserved and shared, across Africa and the globe. To do to this, we need your support.
PAST offers existing and potential donors the matchless and high-profile opportunity to help develop and sustain its positive, grassroots, globally-relevant, but home-brewed African origin sciences initiatives that celebrate the unity of humankind.
The origin sciences are also an area where Africa can become internationally competitive. By supporting origin sciences education at a primary, secondary and tertiary level, and helping scientists and researchers to continue with their work in the region, PAST is investing in a valuable African resource which will sustain the continent into the future.
