PAST Standard Bank Annual Lecture 2012
 
The prestigious PAST/Standard Bank Annual Lecture 2012 will be entitled Skin!. Delivered by Penn State University biological anthropologist Dr. Nina Jablonski, the lecture will address the biological basis and social consequences of skin colour, drawing on her recently published, award-winning book entitled Skin: A Natural History. The lecture and associated activities will be held during September which is Heritage Month in South Africa.

Walking Tall 

The Walking Tall Educational Theatre Production's new 2012 shows  will visit schools in the Gauteng and Tshwane regions on a daily basis. In addition, Walking Tall will be returning to Tanzania after a very successful launch in Arusha in 2011. We will keep you posted on the exciting developments in Tanzania! Through our partnership with the National Museum of Bloemfontein, Walking Tall Educational Theatre's new production 'Cool Africa' will be also be hosting performances at the Museum in 2012 from the 27th February unilt the 2nd of March. ReVerse
An evocative theatre production for adult audiences that reflects on humankind’s shared identity. In addition to performances to the general public, ReVerse will also form the basis of new diversity-themed workshops for corporations and communities.
The ReVerse production, through our partnership with the Department of Science and Technology, will be ready to launch in local communities in 2012. Watch this space!
